GIFT CARD / GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, issuance, receipt, use, redemption and administration of gift cards and gift vouchers made available through a2zgiftcard.in or authorised channels operated or facilitated by JSR ALL-IN-ONE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. By purchasing, receiving or using a gift card/voucher, the user agrees to these Terms.

• Company / We / Us: JSR ALL-IN-ONE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
• Customer / You: The purchaser, recipient or user of a gift card/voucher.
• Gift Card / Voucher: A digital or physical value instrument issued or facilitated through an authorised programme.
• Merchant / Partner: The merchant, brand, payment or other authorised partner participating in the applicable programme.

Gift cards/vouchers may be subject to age, customer, merchant, geographic, KYC or other eligibility requirements applicable to the particular product or programme.

Orders are subject to successful payment, product availability, applicable limits, verification and other programme conditions. The Company may decline or hold an order where required for security, fraud prevention, compliance or operational reasons.

Digital vouchers may be delivered through email, SMS, website account, app or another authorised channel. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and maintaining access to the relevant communication channel.

A voucher may require activation or successful payment before it becomes usable. Activation conditions shall depend on the applicable voucher programme.

• Vouchers may be redeemed only at participating merchants or channels specified for the particular voucher.
• Redemption is subject to the merchant's applicable product terms.
• Partial redemption may or may not be available depending on the voucher programme.
• Some vouchers may not be redeemable for cash.

The voucher value and any available balance shall be determined by the applicable voucher programme. Customers should retain transaction or voucher references for support and verification.

Each voucher may have a stated validity or expiry period. Customers should check the product-specific terms provided at purchase or delivery. Expired vouchers may be unusable unless the applicable programme expressly provides otherwise.

Unless expressly permitted by the applicable programme or required by law, gift cards/vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are not intended to function as a bank account or deposit.

Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the product, transaction status, merchant/programme terms and applicable requirements. A voucher that has been redeemed, partially redeemed or otherwise used may be subject to restrictions.

Customers are responsible for protecting voucher codes and delivery channels. If a voucher is lost, stolen or compromised, the Company may investigate and may apply a hold or other action where technically and legally possible. Recovery is not guaranteed.

The Company may suspend, cancel or restrict a voucher, order or account where there is a reasonable indication of fraud, unauthorised use, misuse, security compromise, unlawful activity or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable requirements.

Purchase, issuance, redemption, refund and other limits may apply based on product, customer, payment channel, merchant, risk controls or applicable requirements.

The Company or its authorised partners may require customer verification where necessary for security, fraud prevention, AML/CFT, payment processing or applicable legal and contractual requirements.

• Provide accurate information.
• Protect voucher codes and account credentials.
• Use vouchers only for lawful purposes.
• Review order and voucher details before purchase or use.
• Promptly report suspected fraud or unauthorised use.
• Comply with merchant-specific terms.

A merchant may apply additional conditions relating to eligible products, exclusions, minimum purchase amounts, redemption locations, delivery charges, expiry, returns or other merchant-specific matters.

Payments, messaging, delivery, merchant redemption and other services may be provided by third parties. Their applicable terms may also apply to the relevant service.

The Company may temporarily restrict access to voucher services due to maintenance, technical issues, fraud controls, partner outages or circumstances beyond reasonable control. The Company will take reasonable steps to restore services.

Customers may contact the Company's authorised support channel for voucher, order, payment or redemption issues. Customers should provide relevant order, transaction or voucher references where available.

Suspected unauthorised transactions shall be handled according to the Company's Unauthorised Transaction Management Policy and applicable payment-partner procedures.

Personal information shall be handled according to the Company's applicable privacy and data-protection practices and policies.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be responsible for losses arising from customer negligence, disclosure of voucher credentials, unauthorised access to the customer's device or account, merchant-side restrictions, or circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control.

• Illegal transactions or unlawful activities
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Resale or commercial use where prohibited
• Attempting to circumvent security or transaction controls
• Unauthorised modification or reproduction of vouchers
• Use in violation of merchant or programme terms

The Company or applicable programme operator may suspend, cancel or terminate a voucher or account where permitted by applicable terms, security requirements, fraud controls or law.

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms shall apply as permitted by applicable law and shall be made available through appropriate customer-facing channels.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable law and any mandatory dispute-resolution requirements, disputes shall be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction over the Company's registered office or such other jurisdiction as legally applicable.

Customers may raise complaints through the Company's authorised customer-support or grievance channels. Complaints shall be handled under the Customer Grievance & Redressal Policy.

The Company shall not be responsible for delays or service failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including infrastructure failures, telecommunications issues, natural events, governmental restrictions, cyber incidents or third-party outages, subject to applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to the extent permitted by law.
